In the 1st half of 2014, the number of building permits and completed buildings continued to decrease
In the 1st half of 2014, the number of building permits stood at 109, while in the same period 140 buildings were completed. This represented a decline of 19.9% and 49.6%, respectively, compared to the same period of 2013.
The number of completed dwellings (123) also recorded a sharp decrease (-66.2%).
49.5% of the building permits were for new constructions (54), 81.5% of which were destined for family housing.
