Average value of housing bank evaluation in the Autonomous Region of Madeira (ARM) increased
In October 2016, the average value of housing bank appraisals in the ARM reached €1 205/sq meter, increasing by 3.2% from September 2016 and by 2.2% from the same period of the year before.
For Portugal, that same variable stood at €1 081/sq meter in the month of reference, 0.5% above the previous month. The year-on-year change rate was +3.8%.
For the flats located in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, the value of bank appraisals in the month of reference was €1 208/sq meter. In the case of row houses the value was lower (€1 200/sq meter).
