Average value of housing bank evaluation in the Autonomous Region of Madeira (ARM) increased from the previous month and year-on-year
In March 2017, the average value of housing bank appraisals in the ARM reached €1 209/sq meter, increasing by 0.2% from February 2016 and by 3.8% from the same period of the year before.
For Portugal, that same variable stood at €1 107/sq meter in the month of reference, 0.2% below the previous month. The year-on-year change rate was +5.6%.
For the flats located in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, the value of bank appraisals in the month of reference was €1 218/sq meter. In the case of row houses the value was lower (€1 197/sq meter).
