The average value of housing bank appraisals in Madeira decreased, contrary to national trend.
The average value of housing bank appraisals in the Autonomous Region of Madeira decreased to €1135/sq meter in July, dropping 0.9% from the value observed in the previous month and by -10.1% in year-on-year terms.
For Portugal, the same variable stood at €1019/sq meter in July, up by 1.3% from the value observed in the previous month and by 0.5% in year-on-year terms.
For the flats located in Madeira, the value of bank appraisals reached €1139/sq meter in the reference month, while in the case of row houses the value was slightly inferior (€1132/sq meter).
