Average value of housing bank evaluation in the Autonomous Region of Madeira increased from the previous month and year-on-year
In September 2019, the average value of bank appraisals on housing in the Autonomous Region of Madeira reached €1 433/sq meter, increasing by 0.4% from August 2019 and 6.9% from the year-ago month. That value is the highest since March 2010.
For the flats located in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, the average value of bank appraisals in the month of reference was €1 449/sq meter. In the case of row houses the value was lower (€1 411/sq meter).
For Portugal, that same variable stood at €1 299/sq meter in the month of reference, 0.9% above the previous month. The year-on-year change rate was +7.8%.
