Average value of housing bank appraisals in Madeira increased 1.1% from September but decreased year-on-year
The average value of housing bank appraisals in the Autonomous Region of Madeira increased to €1150/sq meter in October 2014, €12 higher than in September (+1.1%), but dropped by 5.6% year-on-year.
For Portugal, the same variable stood at €1014/sq meter in the month of reference, down by 1.5% when compared to the value observed in the previous month and by 0.5% when compared to October 2013.
For the flats located in Madeira, the value of bank appraisals in the month of reference reached €1184/sq meter. In the case of row houses the value was lower (€1104/sq meter).
