Average value of bank evaluation on housing in Madeira showed a negative trend
The average value of housing bank appraisals in the Autonomous Region of Madeira dropped to €1148/sq meter in November 2014, €2 less than in October (-0.2%), dropping by 7.6% year-on-year.
For Portugal, the same variable stood at €1006/sq meter in the month of reference, down by 0.8% compared to the value observed in the previous month and by 1.2% compared to November 2013.
For the flats located in Madeira, the value of bank appraisals in the month of reference reached €1187/sq meter. In the case of row houses the value was lower (€1091/sq meter).
