Average value of bank evaluation on housing in Madeira stood at €1159/sq meter
The average value of housing bank appraisals in the Autonomous Region of Madeira increased to €1159/sq meter in December 2014, €11 more than in November (+1.0%). Compared to the same month of the previous year, that value dropped by 4.1%.
For Portugal, the same variable stood at €1005/sq meter in the month of reference, down by 0.1% compared to the value observed in the previous month and by 0.9% compared to December 2013.
For the flats located in Madeira, the value of bank appraisals in the month of reference reached €1169/sq meter. In the case of row houses the value was lower (€1146/sq meter).
