Average value of bank evaluation on housing in Madeira stood at €1 167/sq meter
The average value of housing bank appraisals in the Autonomous Region of Madeira increased to €1 167/sq meter in January 2015, €8 more than in December 2014 (+0.7%). Compared to January 2014, that value dropped by 4.5%.
For Portugal, the same variable stood at €1 010/sq meter in the month of reference, up by 0.5% compared to the value observed in the previous month. The year-on-year change rate was null.
For the flats located in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, the value of bank appraisals in January 2015 reached €1 174/sq meter. In the case of row houses the value was lower (€1 158/sq meter).
