Average value of bank evaluation on housing in Madeira stood at €1 159/sq meter
The average value of housing bank appraisals in the Autonomous Region of Madeira decreased to €1 159/sq meter in February 2015, down by €8 over December 2014 (-0.7%). Compared to February 2014, that value dropped by 4.4%.
For Portugal, the same variable stood at €1 011/sq meter in the month of reference, up by 0.1% compared to the value observed in the previous month. The year-on-year change rate was +1.0%.
For the flats located in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, the value of bank appraisals in the month of reference reached €1 150/sq meter. In the case of row houses the value was higher (€1 170/sq meter).
