Average value of bank evaluation on housing in Madeira stood at €1 161/sq meter
The average value of housing bank appraisals in the Autonomous Region of Madeira increased to € 1 161 / sq meter in March 2015, up by €2 over February 2015 (+0.2 %). Compared to March 2014, that value dropped by 3.2%.
For Portugal, the same variable stood at €1 011/sq meter in the month of reference, remaining unchanged unvaried over the previous month. The year-on-year change rate was +1.8%.
For the flats located in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, the value of bank appraisals in the month of reference reached €1 182/sq meter. In the case of row houses the value was lower (€1 127/sq meter).
