Average value of bank evaluation on housing in Madeira stood at €1 153/sq meter
The average value of housing bank appraisals in the Autonomous Region of Madeira dropped to € 1 153 / sq meter in April 2015, down by €8 over March 2015 (-0.7 %). Compared to April 2014, that value increased by 0.6%.
For Portugal, the same variable stood at €1 016/sq meter in the month of reference, increasing by 0.5% over the previous month. The year-on-year change rate was +2.6%.
For the flats located in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, the value of bank appraisals in the month of reference reached €1 202/sq meter. In the case of row houses the value was lower (€1 092/sq meter).
