Average value of bank evaluation on housing in Madeira stood at €1 169/sq meter
The average value of housing bank appraisals in the Autonomous Region of Madeira rose to € 1 169 / sq meter in May 2015, up by €16 from April 2015 (+1.4 %). Compared to May 2014, that value increased by 3.8%.
For Portugal, the same variable stood at €1 026/sq meter in the month of reference, increasing by 1.0% over the previous month. The year-on-year change rate was +3.1%.
For the flats located in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, the value of bank appraisals in the month of reference reached €1 239/sq meter. In the case of row houses the value was lower (€1 098/sq meter).
