Average value of bank evaluation on housing in Madeira stood at €1 145/sq meter
The average value of housing bank appraisals in the Autonomous Region of Madeira fell to € 1 145 / sq meter in June 2015, dropping by €24 from May 2015 (-2.1%). Compared to June 2014, this variable remained unchanged.
For Portugal, the same variable stood at €1 030/sq meter in the month of reference, increasing by 0.4% over the previous month. The year-on-year change rate was +2.4%.
For the flats located in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, the value of bank appraisals in the month of reference was €1 214/sq meter. In the case of row houses the value was lower (€1 088/sq meter).
