Average value of bank evaluation on housing in Madeira stood at €1 167/sq meter
The average value of housing bank appraisals in the Autonomous Region of Madeira reached € 1 167 / sq meter in July 2015, up by €22 from June 2015 (+1.9%) and by €32 from one year before (+2.8%). For Portugal, that same variable stood at €1,039/sq meter in the month of reference, increasing by 0.9% over the previous month. The year-on-year change rate was +2.0%.
For the flats located in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, the value of bank appraisals in the month of reference was €1 216/sq meter. In the case of row houses the value was lower (€1 118/sq meter).
