Average value of bank evaluation on housing in Madeira stood at €1 138/sq meter
The average value of housing bank appraisals in the Autonomous Region of Madeira reached € 1 138 / sq meter in August 2015, down by €29 from July 2015 (-2.5%) and up by €2 from the year before (+0.2%). For Portugal, that same variable stood at €1036/sq meter in the month of reference, decreasing by 0.3% over the previous month. The year-on-year change rate was +0.4%.
For the flats located in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, the value of bank appraisals in the month of reference was €1 176/sq meter. In the case of row houses the value was lower (€1 097/sq meter).
