Average value of bank evaluation on housing in Madeira stood at €1 179/sq meter
The average value of housing bank appraisals in the Autonomous Region of Madeira reached € 1 179 / sq meter in October 2015, increasing by €8 from September 2015 (+0.7%) and by €29 from the year before (+2.5%). For Portugal, that same variable stood at €1 041/sq meter in the month of reference, 0.2% above the previous month. The year-on-year change rate was +2.7%.
For the flats located in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, the value of bank appraisals in the month of reference was €1 173/sq meter. In the case of row houses the value was higher (€1 186/sq meter).
