Average value of bank evaluation on housing in Madeira stood at €1 210/sq meter
The average value of housing bank appraisals in the Autonomous Region of Madeira reached € 1 210/ sq meter in November 2015, increasing by €31 from October 2015 (+2.6%) and by €62 from the same period of the year before (+5.4%). For Portugal, that same variable stood at €1 043/sq meter in the month of reference, 0.2% above the previous month. The year-on-year change rate was +3.7%.
For the flats located in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, the value of bank appraisals in the month of reference was €1 226/sq meter. In the case of row houses the value was lower (€1 191/sq meter).
