Average value of housing bank evaluation on Madeira increased
In April 2016, the average value of housing bank appraisals in the Autonomous Region of Madeira reached €1 179/sq meter, increasing by €14 from March 2016 (+1.2%) and by €26 from the same period of the year before (+2.3%). For Portugal, that same variable stood at €1 054/sq meter in the month of reference, +0.6% above the previous month. The year-on-year change rate was +3.7%.
For the flats located in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, the value of bank appraisals in the month of reference was €1 184/sq meter. In the case of row houses the value was higher (€1 173/sq meter).
