Average value of housing bank evaluation in the Autonomous Region of Madeira (ARM) increased
In August 2016, the average value of housing bank appraisals in the ARM reached €1 166/sq meter, increasing by 0.3% from July 2016 and by 2.5% from the same period of the year before.
For Portugal, that same variable stood at €1 073/sq meter in the month of reference, 0.5% above the previous month. The year-on-year change rate was +3.6%.
For the flats located in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, the value of bank appraisals in the month of reference was €1 145/sq meter. In the case of row houses the value was higher (€1 191/sq meter).
