Number of building permits and completed buildings decreased over the same period of 2013
In the first nine months of 2014, the number of building permits stood at 163, while in the same period 195 buildings were completed. This represents a decline of 23.1% and 53.2%, respectively, compared to the same period of 2013.
The number of completed dwellings (164) also recorded a sharp decrease (-68.3%).
50.3% of the building permits were for new constructions (82), 76.8% of which were destined for family housing.
