In 2014, the number of building permits stood at 211, while 254 buildings were completed. This represented a decline of 20.1% and 51.5%, respectively, compared to 2013.
The number of completed dwellings (191) also recorded a sharp decrease (-68.3%).
39.8% of the building permits were for new constructions (101), 67.8% of which were destined for family housing.
