Number of building permits grew; number of building completed buildings decreased
In the first quarter of 2015, 65 buildings were licensed and 51 buildings were completed. This represented an increase of 8.3% and a decrease of 26.1%, respectively, compared to the same period of 2014.
The number of completed dwellings (20) also recorded a sharp decrease (-48.7%).
53.8% of the licenses of construction and demolition works were for new constructions (35), 77.1% of which were destined for family housing.
