The number of building permits increase and completed buildings decreased, over the same period of 2014
In the first nine months of 2015, 163 buildings were licensed and 141 buildings were completed. This represents a increase of 0.6% in building permits and a decline of 25.8% in the completed buildings, compared to the same period of 2014.
The number of completed dwellings (93) also recorded a sharp decrease (-44.3%).
