Number of building permits and completed buildings decreased
In the first quarter of 2016, 57 buildings were licensed and 45 buildings were completed. This represented an decrease of 10.9% and 11.8%, respectively, compared to the same period of 2015.
The number of completed dwellings (62) recorded a sharp increase (226.3%).
57.9% of the licenses of construction and demolition works were for new constructions (33), 81.8% of which were destined for family housing (27).
