Number of vaccines administered in the Autonomous Region of Madeira increased
According to the data provided by the Institute of Health Administration and Social Affairs (IASaúde), 105,014 vaccines of 45 different types were administered in the Autonomous Region of Madeira in 2018, up by 12.4% over the previous year. The number of vaccines administered under the Regional Imunisation Programme was 56,516, increasing by 14.7% from 2017. Outside this Programme the number of administered vaccines stood at 48,498, up by 9.9% over the previous year.
