In the 1st half of 2015
Number of building permits increased but the completed buildings decreased
In the 1st half of 2015, 110 buildings were licensed, increasing by 1.9% over the corresponding period of the previous year. However, the number of completed buildings dropped by 27.3% to a total of 96.
The number of completed dwellings (48) also recorded a sharp decrease (-61.9%).
60.9% of the licenses of construction and demolition works were for new constructions (67), 70.1% of which were destined for family housing.
