[Note: Regarding the monthly dissemination of data for the reference year 2024, DREM maintains the model from the previous year, reporting an aggregate that includes hotels, rural tourism, and all local accommodation, regardless of the number of beds. Conversely, Statistics Portugal (INE), in its release, excludes local accommodation with fewer than 10 beds. Therefore, in this report, in the "Em Foco", and in the tables released by DREM, a total number greater than that of the INE is mentioned concerning guests and overnight stays. For occupancy rates, rooms, revenue, and personnel costs, the values are consistent with those of the INE, as the data collection excludes local accommodation with fewer than 10 beds.]
