The difference between live births and deaths resulted in a negative natural balance of 95 persons in February 2026, less negative than in the same month of the previous year, when the figure stood at -103. In the first two months of 2026, the cumulative natural balance amounted to ‑232, showing a less negative value compared to the same period in 2025 (-275).
