The average value of housing bank appraisals in Madeira remained practically unchanged when compared to the previous month.
The average value of housing bank appraisals in the Autonomous Region of Madeira increased to €1136/sq meter in August, €1 higher than in July (+0.1%) dropping by 8.8% in year-on-year terms.
For Portugal, the same variable stood at €1032/sq meter in August, up by 1.3% when compared to the value observed in the previous month and by +1.9% in year-on-year terms.
For the flats located in Madeira, the value of bank appraisals in the month of reference reached €1165/sq meter, while in the case of row houses the value was lower (€1112/sq meter).
