According to the provisional data from the Annual Survey of Construction Enterprises (IAEC), in 2022, the value of works performed by construction enterprises in the ARM amounted to 769.8 million euros, reflecting a rise of 19.8% compared to the previous year and constituting the highest value since 2011. Of this amount, 61.7% pertained to building works (475.1 million euros), while the remaining 38.3% were related to civil engineering works (294.7 million euros), with both components registering increases of 17.0% and 24.7%, respectively.
