50th anniversary of the 25th April 1974 Revolution in the Autonomous Region of Madeira in 25 Indicators
The Regional Directorate of Statistics of Madeira, in alignment with the commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the 25th April 1974 Revolution, has compiled a set of 25 socioeconomic indicators of the Autonomous Region of Madeira enabling comparison between 1974 (or the closest available year for which the indicator is available) and the most recently released annual data by DREM.
It is noteworthy that, for historical data, recourse in many cases was made to the Quarterly Bulletin of Statistics, then published by the Funchal Delegation of Statistics Portugal. In 1980, this delegation was regionalised under the designation of Regional Service of Statistics of Madeira.
The 25 indicators are presented in the form of infographics.
