This growth was primarily driven by a 14.3% growth in purchases made through APT, while withdrawals also saw a positive rise of 2.4% year-on-year.
It is important to note that the overall increase was influenced by higher amounts with both international cards (+17.9%) and national cards (+8.7%).
Regarding payments, they amounted to 59.9 million euros, which represents a 32.4% increase compared to the same period last year.
Breaking down the withdrawals into national and international categories, national withdrawals accounted for 170.9 million euros in the second quarter of the current year, reflecting a growth of 2.8% compared to the same period last year. In contrast, international withdrawals amounted to 15.3 million euros, showing a slight year-on-year decrease of 2.5%.
