For the year 2020

DREM releases a new edition of the Statistical Yearbook of the Autonomous Region of Madeira

DREM releases the Statistical Yearbook of the Autonomous Region of Madeira 2020, a compendium of statistical information at the regional and national level, which is an important tool to support the definition of regional development policies and the study of territorial dynamics.

The publication is organized into four main chapters — The Territory, The People, The Economic Activity and The State — which are, in turn, analysed in 27 sections.

Each section begins with a set of key indicators aiming at giving the user a glance of where each territorial unit stands on the different topics. Tables are presented in a bilingual format (Portuguese and English).
