The difference between live births and deaths resulted in a negative natural balance of 74 persons in April 2026, a less adverse outcome than in the same month of the previous year, when the figure stood at −97. In the first four months of 2026, the cumulative natural balance stood at −393, representing an improvement compared to the same period of 2025 (−497).
